Yes, try-ons welcomed at our studio located in Keilor park, Melbourne. We encourage everyone to try on as we do not offer refunds. Try-ons are by appointment only. To book an appointment please find the 'try on' button and follow the instructions.

We require the full payment to hold an outfit for your desired event date. Payments are non-refundable and no garment is guaranteed to be available without this payment.

Some items may require a bond and this will be discussed via private DM or in-store when enquiring about an outfit as prices vary. Bonds are refundable when the return policy criteria is met. For more information, please read our terms and conditions. 

No, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage try-on appointments to avoid sizing issues.

Hired garments must be returned on the next day after your event. Failure to return your item(s) will incur a $10 late fee for everyday your late. 

Yes, we offer return express postage Australia wide. Depending on the quantity and weight of the garment the price may vary between $26-$30.00. This price includes a bag delivered to you and inside with the outfit is a prepaid express post satchel for you to return.

All prices include 1 (one) professional dry clean. Please do not attempt to clean any of our garments as this may result in damage and loss of bond.

If you damage an outfit whether it be a stain, rip, hole, etc please contact us immediately. If a bond was charged it will help cover the cost but if it is not repairable, unfortunately you will be charged the full RRP to replace the dress.
